What would I need for the session?

You’ll want a quiet, comfortable place to relax—your bed, sofa, a cozy chair, or even the floor with a mat. Bring a blanket and pillow so you can stay warm and fully drop in. And keep a journal and pen nearby for the intention-setting and any reflections that come through after the session.

Do I need experience with meditation to attend?

Not at all! This sound bath is beginner-friendly. The meditation will be short, guided, and focused on helping you feel grounded and present—no such thing as doing it perfectly

 

What can I expect to feel during and after the sound bath?

Everyone’s experience is different, but many people report feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, and more connected to themselves. You might experience tingling sensations, emotional release, or even insights during the session. Afterward, most people feel calm, clear, and recharged.

Will it be as impactful as an in-person session?

Absolutely. Energy is everything—and it travels. As long as you come with an open heart, a solid Wi-Fi connection, and from a cozy space where you won’t be interrupted, this experience can be just as powerful (and sometimes even more impactful) than in-person. When you’re in your own environment, you often drop in deeper, relax more fully, and receive exactly what you need.

What if I can’t make it live?

A replay will be available so you can experience the meditation, sound bath, and journaling practice whenever it fits your schedule.

 

 

 

 

How long is each session?

Each gathering is about 60 minutes. We move through the guided meditation, the sound bath, and then finish with intention-setting and journaling. You’re welcome to stay on afterward for a few minutes of integration.
