You can call me Lynz, I help women who feel stuck or disconnected from themselves go from self-doubt and survival mode to clarity, confidence, and flow through my Life by Design Method.
I spent too much of my life disconnected. Disconnected from my highest Self, God, nature and even my family.
I found myself feeling empty, wondering “is this it?” after all the boxes were checked- all the things I thought would add up to the perfect life… weren’t “it.”
So I burned it all down. Left my marriage and thought that was the “fix”... ‘til it wasn’t...
Next on the chopping block was the career. I left my “safe” corporate job with a steady paycheck, benefits, trips, a title, the illusion of stability along with a never ending cycle of burnout, stress & anxiety for… drumroll please! You guessed it, entrepreneurship!
Entrepreneurship not only separates the men from the boys, but also brings all your ugly demons front and center. If you want to fast track your healing just start a business!
Once again, I found burnout.
Entrepreneurship led me to fully turn inward. Address what needed redesign from the inside out. Just like the homes I redesigned I started picking away one interior room at a time to create and live by the Life by Design Method I use today. Through this methodology I learned to set down stress, anxiety, hustle and overwhelm.
I believe when we turn pain into purpose and follow the whispers of our higher self each day we are led to the life we love - a fulfilling life where authenticity & love are the only priorities. It’s now my passion to pass along what I’ve learned to others so they can live a life that’s created from their unique Blueprint.
