What would I need to bring to the session?
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything you need to feel comfortable lying down. A journal and pen are also recommended for the reflection exercise afterward. Water and an open heart are always welcome.
Do I need experience with meditation to attend?
Not at all! This sound bath is beginner-friendly. The meditation will be short, guided, and focused on helping you feel grounded and present—no need to “quiet your mind” or do it perfectly.
What can I expect to feel during and after the sound bath?
Everyone’s experience is different, but many people report feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, and more connected to themselves. You might experience tingling sensations, emotional release, or even insights during the session. Afterward, most people feel calm, clear, and recharged.
