By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any program, course, membership, session, event, workshop, meditation, or offering provided by Lyndsey Kampen or Design the Life You Love (collectively referred to as “the Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Description

All offerings are educational and personal development experiences designed to support self-reflection, emotional awareness, intentional living, and personal growth.

Programs may include, but are not limited to:

Guided meditations

Sound healing

Live or recorded group sessions

Written materials

Optional coaching, facilitation, or support

Specific inclusions vary by offer and are described at the point of purchase.

2. No Medical, Mental Health, or Professional Advice

All Programs are not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional advice.

You acknowledge that:

Lyndsey Kampen is not acting as a licensed therapist, physician, or financial advisor

You are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, physical, and financial well-being

You should seek professional support if you are experiencing significant distress, trauma, or medical concerns

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion

3. Personal Responsibility

You understand that results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your participation, commitment, and personal circumstances.

By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results before, during, and after the Program.

4. Payment & Access

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full

Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access

Access duration varies by Program and will be clearly stated at purchase

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and experiential nature of these offerings:

All sales are final

No refunds, exchanges, or transfers are offered unless explicitly stated in writing

If you experience extenuating circumstances, you may contact support; however, exceptions are not guaranteed

6. Community & Conduct

If your Program includes community access or live sessions, you agree to:

Treat others with respect and confidentiality

Not share private information disclosed by other participants

Refrain from harassment, judgment, or disruptive behavior

Lyndsey Kampen reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided within any Program is the intellectual property of Lyndsey Kampen and may not be:

Copied

Distributed

Shared

Reproduced

Sold or repurposed

This includes written materials, audio, video, meditations, and frameworks.

You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.

8. Confidentiality

While confidentiality is encouraged within the community, Lyndsey Kampen cannot guarantee the actions of other participants. You are encouraged to share only what feels safe and appropriate for you.

9. Disclaimer of Guarantees

You acknowledge that:

Personal growth is subjective

Results vary

No specific outcomes are promised

Any testimonials or examples shared are illustrative only and not guarantees

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyndsey Kampen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in any Program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, in which the business is registered.

12. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in any Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
