By purchasing or participating in Blueprint, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Description

Blueprint is an educational, personal development program designed to support self-reflection, intentional living, and personal growth. Offerings may include, but are not limited to:

Digital planners or workbooks

Pre-recorded audio or video content

Live or recorded group sessions

Community access

Optional coaching, support, or facilitation depending on the package purchased

Specific inclusions vary by package and are described at the point of purchase.

2. No Medical, Mental Health, or Professional Advice

Blueprint is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional advice.

You acknowledge that:

Lyndsey Kampen is not acting as a licensed therapist, physician, or financial advisor

You are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, physical, and financial well-being

You should seek professional support if you are experiencing significant distress, trauma, or medical concerns

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

3. Personal Responsibility

You understand that results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your participation, commitment, and personal circumstances.

By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results before, during, and after the program.

4. Payment & Access

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full

Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access

Access duration varies by package and will be clearly stated at purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and experiential nature of Blueprint:

All sales are final

No refunds, exchanges, or transfers are offered unless explicitly stated in writing

If you experience extenuating circumstances, you may contact support; however, exceptions are not guaranteed.

6. Community & Conduct

If your package includes community access or live sessions, you agree to:

Treat others with respect and confidentiality

Not share private information disclosed by other participants

Refrain from harassment, judgment, or disruptive behavior

Lyndsey Kampen reserves the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided within Blueprint is the intellectual property of Lyndsey Kampen and may not be:

Copied

Distributed

Shared

Reproduced

Sold or repurposed

This includes written materials, audio, video, meditations, and frameworks.

You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.

8. Confidentiality

While confidentiality is encouraged within the community, Lyndsey Kampen cannot guarantee the actions of other participants. You are encouraged to share only what feels safe and appropriate for you.

9. Disclaimer of Guarantees

You acknowledge that:

No specific outcomes are promised

Any testimonials or examples shared are illustrative only and not guarantees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyndsey Kampen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in Blueprint.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is registered.
